Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of request.
Full payment (including 23% VAT) must be made in euros (€) to confirm your reservation.
Once availability is confirmed, you will receive an invoice. Upon payment, your itinerary and tickets will be sent.
A lead phone number and an emergency or secondary contact must be provided.
The confirmation received after payment serves as your ticket and must be brought with you to the event.
By making a booking, the Group Leader agrees on behalf of all participants that:
They have read and accept these Terms and Conditions;
They are over 18 and accept financial responsibility for the booking;
They authorise the use of personal information for all group members as outlined in our Privacy Policy;
All group members meet the age requirements of the selected services;
All booking details (names, dates, times, etc.) have been reviewed before payment.
2. Accuracy of Information
Although we strive to ensure all information is accurate and up to date, errors or changes may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct details before or after confirmation.
Some services (such as beach clubs or water sports) may not operate year-round and are subject to demand, maintenance, and weather. Features such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, or sunbeds may incur local fees.
3. Travel Insurance
Adequate travel insurance is essential and must be arranged prior to travel, covering:
Trip cancellation;
Accidents and medical emergencies (including repatriation);
Theft or loss of personal belongings;
Activities such as water sports or adventure tours.
If you choose to travel without insurance, you accept full responsibility for any resulting costs or losses.
4. Cancellations by the Customer
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to supplier terms.
Cancellations made more than 6 weeks before travel may be accepted, subject to a €75 per person admin fee + supplier charges.
Changes made 6–4 weeks prior to travel will incur a €20 per person fee.
Cancellations made within 4 weeks are generally non-refundable.
Booking fees, card processing charges, and service fees are non-refundable.
Any eligible refunds will be made minus applicable charges.
Note: If your cancellation is covered by your insurance, you may claim the cost directly with your insurer.
5. Booking Amendments
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and incur the following fees:
Change of destination: Supplier fee + €250
Change of travel date: Supplier fee + €250
Other changes (e.g., activities, names): Supplier fee + €95
6. Cutting Your Trip Short
If you choose to cut your trip short, no refund will be issued for unused services. Please check your travel insurance for coverage in such cases.
7. Force Majeure
We cannot be held liable for disruptions caused by events outside our control (force majeure), including but not limited to: war, strikes, natural disasters, weather conditions, transport delays, supplier closure, or government actions.
8. Special Requests
Any special requests (e.g., dietary needs, accessibility, room preferences) must be made at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate them, but they cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
9. Medical Needs & Accessibility
Please inform us of any medical conditions or disabilities prior to booking. If we are unable to meet your needs safely and reasonably, we reserve the right to decline or cancel the booking.
10. Complaints
If you experience an issue during your trip:
Inform the local supplier immediately (e.g., hotel, guide, driver).

If the problem is not resolved locally, please email hello@veryintopartying.com within 24 hours of the issue. Complaints received after this time may not be accepted.
11. Behaviour & Conduct
All guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the trip. We reserve the right to terminate your booking without refund if your behaviour:
Puts others at risk;
Causes property damage;
Results in significant inconvenience or delays.
You will be held liable for any additional costs arising from disruptive behaviour.
12. Liability
Very Into Partying acts as a booking agent and intermediary between you and local suppliers (e.g., accommodation, transport, activities). We are not responsible for:
Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers;
Loss, injury, damage, or expenses resulting from participation in activities;
Additional costs due to delays, cancellations, or changes to your itinerary.
We recommend reviewing all details carefully and following guidance provided by service providers.
13. Photography & Content Usage
Photos and videos may be captured during your events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image across Very Into Partying’s marketing channels (website, social media, advertising).
If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please notify us in writing prior to your event.
