The booking process

Just tell us your destination, dates and group size. We’ll build a tailored package based on exactly what you want.

Once you’ve chosen your destination or activities, we’ll confirm availability and send you an invoice. Full payment (in euros, including VAT) is required to secure your booking. When payment is received, you’ll get your itinerary and tickets by email.

Very into Partying advise you to book as soon as possible, our suppliers often get fully booked, especially during the summer months and we cannot guarantee availability if you and your group leave the booking until the last minute.
Booking months in advance guarantees you availability and choice, better rates and guaranteed itinerary.
High season in Portugal is May till August. Here at VIP we suggest to start planning 4-6-9 months in advance!

All payments must be made in euros (€). If you’re paying from the UK or abroad, your bank or card provider will handle the currency conversion.

Bank transfer only. We don’t currently accept PayPal or credit/debit cards.

Yes. Dietary needs, accessibility requirements, and room preferences can be requested at booking. We’ll do our best, but these are only guaranteed if confirmed in writing.

Most activities are priced for groups of 12+. Smaller groups are welcome, but some activities may cost a little more due to venue minimums.

Very into Partying will only take groups over the age of 21 years of age. If anyone in you group is in between 18-21 you will each have to pay a 250 euro deposit fee. Very into
Partying does not accept groups with members under the age of 18. A list of names and date of births for all participants must be given at time of confirmation.

No, Very into Partying regrets to inform we only accept a one time full payment on the deposit and final balance.

No, we understand that arranging a stag or hen weekend can be difficult, stressful, time consuming and costly, that's what Very into Partying is here for, so with the assistance of our dedicated team takes all that stress away for you and can make suggestions.
As mentioned, all our team live in the country so have tried and tested every product we sell. As long as you provide Very into Partying with a minimum of 6 weeks notice for numbers decrease and 4 weeks notice for change of activities then we will not charge an admin fee for any changes, as long as activities are able to accommodate to your requested changes.

The deposit is only €50.00 upon confirming your activities, number of people in your group and availability. , the deposit is non refundable. This payment is to be made within 5 days of confirmation.

A team member from Very into Partying will contact our suppliers and make your activity booking on your behalf. Once we receive your deposit payment then a confirmation is sent to you of your booking.

Final numbers are due 8 weeks before your trip so we can finalise all arrangements.

Full payment is required 6 weeks before arrival. Once the balance is paid, bookings are non-refundable and can’t be cancelled.

After receiving proof of payment from you of 14 days prior to travel, we will email you your final booking form and your online itinerary will also be updated. The itinerary will include all the details you require for your activity booking, please note the final details will notbe available until the final balance is paid.

A €10pp non-refundable deposit locks in your activity times and any reserved spaces.

Yes! Travel insurance is essential. Your policy should cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, repatriation, theft or loss of belongings, and any activities you plan to do (e.g., water sports, adventure tours).

We work with trusted suppliers, but some services (e.g., beach clubs, water sports) may be seasonal or affected by weather. Features like Wi-Fi or sunbeds may incur local charges.

We cannot be held liable for disruptions outside our control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, transport delays, government restrictions). We’ll always do our best to rearrange where possible.

Sometimes photos/videos are captured during events for promotional use. If you’d prefer not to appear in any marketing, let us know in writing before your trip.

Hotels and villas will require a booking deposit which varies from venue to venue as does the amount and is non refundable. A damage deposit is required upon arrival to be paid at the establishment, which will be discriminated in your accommodation description choice. Private boat hires also require a deposit fee to secure your booking slot. Amount discriminated in description. Motor vehicle rental like quads and buggies also require deposits on arrival─ driving licenses required also.
Any damages made during your activities, boating, accommodation etc is entirely your responsibility and has to be resolved then and there with the establishments.

Very into Partying office team are made up of british, American and Portuguese. And are all fluent Portuguese speakers with some spanigh and french to mix it up a bit!. We work very closely with our suppliers in order to get you the best possible price. We eliminate the middleman so we can keep our prices low.

Very into Partying believes in a fair price for an amazingly professional and hassle free service and we do not ramp up our prices for the UK market. We apply the countries 23% tax which is compulsory and a small admin fee so to take the stress off you :)

There is generally no problem with wearing fancy dress during day-time activities. However please check with us for evening activities as each have their own rules and we can advise on an individual basis. Hotels do not accept fancy dress and all clubs in Lisbon will refuse you entry if you are in fancy dress.
Nudity is prohibited and police can be strict with stag groups with disruptive behaviour in public.
Changes to your booking

6+ weeks before travel: Cancellation may be accepted, subject to a €75 per person admin fee plus any supplier charges.
6–4 weeks before travel: €20 per person fee plus supplier charges.
Less than 4 weeks: Non-refundable.
Booking fees, card charges, and service fees are non-refundable. If you’re covered by insurance, you can claim costs back directly from your insurer.

The guest who wishes to drop-out will have to forfeit their payment, regardless of the circumstances. It is extremely important to note that the group is not entitled to anything
from the suppliers relating to the drop-out guest (e.g extra wine at dinner, additional treatments, etc.)

We’ll always try our best, but changes depend on availability and supplier policies — earlier is always easier.

No refunds are given for unused services if you leave early. Please check your insurance to see if you’re covered.

Usually this is not a problem and the majority of time we will do our best to accommodate your changes however some activities have a minimum number requirement, generally 10 people minimum, if your numbers decrease below the minimum number your group will have to split the cost of the activity between your numbers.
If your numbers increase we will check with the supplier to see if they can accommodate the increase, there may be occasions when the cost of the activity will have to increase to include extra charges from suppliers, you will be responsible for this extra cost. Changes can be made up until 4 weeks before travel only.
