Since founding VIP in 2017, Lauren has built one of the most trusted and vibrant event companies in the industry, known for its flawless planning, wild creativity, and next-level customer care. She’s constantly scouting new destinations and experiences to keep every trip fresh, fun, and unforgettable.
With her energetic team by her side, Lauren continues to turn dream celebrations into reality across Portugal and Spain. If it’s a legendary party you’re after, she’s your girl!

Say hello to Yasmin, the newest spark in the VIP team. Originally from Berkshire, she’s spent the last two years embracing sunny Portugal and bringing her magic to everything she touches.
With 12 years as a pro hairdresser and a switch into property management, Yasmin’s got that rare blend of precision, creativity, and calm-under-pressure energy we love. Now she’s our admin ace and party-planning powerhouse, keeping everything running smoothly while making every booking feel effortless.
When she’s off the clock, you’ll find her chilling with her cats, dancing the night away, or sipping beachside cocktails. With Yas on board, your celebration isn’t just sorted… it’s set to sparkle!

Obsessed with great courses and memorable rounds, Steve guides the team on what makes a golf trip truly worth booking.With a genuine passion for the game and a sharp eye for quality, Steve handpicks the clubs and shapes standout golf experiences. From championship layouts to hidden gems, he knows what makes a course worth the journey.
When he’s not scouting the next must-play track, you’ll find him chasing birdies at sunrise or squeezing in a late-afternoon nine. With Steve leading the golf side, you’re in seriously good hands.

Say hello to Bec, our Geordie-born, Portugal-loving content machine.If you’ve double tapped it, saved it, or fired it into the group chat, chances are she created it.
With a background as a radio presenter, event company owner and marketing specialist, she was built for this role. Bec doesn’t just post on socials, she shapes the strategy, shoots the content, sets the vibe and delivers it with laser focus (usually fuelled by coffee, occasionally champagne).
Party personality? Hype woman and vibe curator. Operational style? Smiling assassin.
Off duty, she’s in full brunch mode or perched in a sunny bar, phone in hand, already spotting the next viral moment.
